Introduction

Definitions
Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to create and ensure a work environment that is based on respect and ensures human dignity, while at the same time protecting the individual's right to work in a safe environment, free of incidents of violence and harassment. GreenFence is committed to maintaining such an environment and does not tolerate any such behavior among its employees or associates.
Field of Application
This policy extends to all the company’s staff with a contract of fixed or indefinite duration, full or part-time and to every person who cooperates with it with an independent services contract, with a salaried mandate, with a loan contract, etc.
ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ
The Management of GreenFence, above all, respecting the personality of the individual but also the values it represents throughout its course, adopts this policy, according to which:
Every employee against whom any incident of violence and harassment occurred must report the incident and report it to the Compliance Officer who is also designated as “contact person”. The complaint can be submitted in person or Officer by e-mail at compliance@greenfence.gr. The complaint is always made by name and the details of the person complained of should be mentioned as well as the incident(s) that substantiate the prohibited behavior.
The Compliance Officer thoroughly investigates each complaint and collects any information that may constitute evidence of the reported incident. More specifically, he should talk to both the complainant and the person complained of, examine witnesses and, in general, collect sufficient evidence that proves the incident of violence or harassment. Once the investigation is complete, the Compliance Officer submits, with a written report, the results to the Management of GreenFence. The results are announced simultaneously to both the complainant and the complained-of so that both are informed. The investigation and the announcement of its result must be made within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of submission of the complaint by the complainant.
If an incident of violence or harassment has been documented, the Company’s Management will take all the measures provided for by the Labor Regulations. These measures may consist, among others, of the following:
- Notice for compliance
- Change of job
- Termination of contract or termination of cooperation
In case of non-compliance with this policy or for more information contact the Compliance Officer by e-mail at compliance@greenfence.gr or by phone at 22990 42494.
