no violence

Every employee against whom any incident of violence and harassment occurred must report the incident and report it to the Compliance Officer who is also designated as “contact person”. The complaint can be submitted in person or Officer by e-mail at compliance@greenfence.gr. The complaint is always made by name and the details of the person complained of should be mentioned as well as the incident(s) that substantiate the prohibited behavior.

The Compliance Officer thoroughly investigates each complaint and collects any information that may constitute evidence of the reported incident. More specifically, he should talk to both the complainant and the person complained of, examine witnesses and, in general, collect sufficient evidence that proves the incident of violence or harassment. Once the investigation is complete, the Compliance Officer submits, with a written report, the results to the Management of GreenFence. The results are announced simultaneously to both the complainant and the complained-of so that both are informed. The investigation and the announcement of its result must be made within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of submission of the complaint by the complainant.

If an incident of violence or harassment has been documented, the Company’s Management will take all the measures provided for by the Labor Regulations. These measures may consist, among others, of the following:

  • Notice for compliance
  • Change of job
  • Termination of contract or termination of cooperation

In case of non-compliance with this policy or for more information contact the Compliance Officer by e-mail at compliance@greenfence.gr or by phone at 22990 42494.
